03 — How it works

Friday out, hostel check-in, Sunday back

A weekend break runs on a fixed timetable. Coach seats and the dorm bed are booked before departure; the hours in between belong to you.

  1. Friday 22:40

    Night coach leaves Kyiv

    Meet the group at the departure station 30 minutes before. Overnight coach with one change at most and an assigned seat named on your booking.

  2. Saturday 09:15

    Hostel check-in near the centre

    Dorm bed with lockers and staffed reception, usually a 10 to 20 minute walk from the station. The refundable deposit comes back at checkout.

  3. Sunday 19:10

    Return the same weekend

    Checkout by 10:00, unguided hours until the coach leaves, arrival back in Kyiv the same evening. Exact times for the reserved seat are in the trip pack.
